Our team is dedicated to delivering a spotless, stress-free experience every time we step into your home or business. But we also understand that sometimes things don’t go perfectly, and that’s why we’ve created a clear, honest refund policy. When Refunds or Re-Cleans Are Offered We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied with the service provided, we may offer a re-clean or a refund in the following situations: The cleaning was incomplete, and key areas of your space were clearly missed. Our team did not arrive or had to leave early due to internal scheduling or operational issues. There was a billing error, such as a double charge or incorrect service applied. You cancelled your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice and no service or materials had been used. Each case is reviewed individually, and we do our best to make things right in a timely and respectful way. When Refunds Are Not Provided Because cleaning is a time-based service performed by professionals, we do not offer refunds in cases such as: You changed your mind after the service was completed. You failed to provide access or accurate instructions at the time of service. Your dissatisfaction is based on unrealistic expectations (e.g., expecting irreversible damage to be fixed or heavy restoration-level cleaning in a basic package). You cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. The property was in an unsafe or unsanitary condition that prevented completion of service. We’re committed to fairness, and we also appreciate your understanding of the time, effort, and resources that go into each visit. Re-Clean Policy If you’re unsatisfied with the results and notify us within 24 hours, we may offer a complimentary re-clean of the areas in question. This must be scheduled within 2 business days of the original service, and the property conditions must remain unchanged. How to Request a Refund or Re-clean Please contact us via our support email or booking platform with the following: Your name and appointment details A description of the issue Photos if applicable (to help us assess the situation) Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Final Note At CleanoSphere, we don’t aim for “just okay” — we aim for exceptional. If we didn’t deliver that, we want to know about it, and we want a chance to fix it.
